Pay Court Fees

Your costs, fees and fines must be paid 90 days prior to your termination date. Payments can be mailed to the Lake County Circuit Court Clerk at 18 N County Street, Waukegan, IL, 60085. Forms of payment include certified bank check and money orders. When mailing in a payment please be sure to include your case number on the certified bank check or money order (No personal checks).

If paying in person you can utilize any of the Circuit Court Clerk Branches (forms of payment include cash, certified bank check, money orders and credit card, no personal checks accepted) located at:
