2012 Award
The 19th Judicial Circuit Court’s website was among the 2012 top 10 court websites award winners announced by The Forum on the Advancement of Court Technology (FACT). Each of the 10 winners was recognized for commitment to electronic public access and services. A National Association for Court Management (NACM) special committee, FACT, founded in 1989, is a consortium of private-sector companies and court representatives dedicated to strengthening the dialogue between courts who use technology and companies who provide technology.

“On behalf of the judges and staff of the 19th Circuit, I hereby extend our wholehearted congratulations to Winnie Webber, Director of the Judicial Information Services Division (JIS), and her staff for honoring the circuit with this very impressive award,” said Chief Judge Foreman. “Ms. Webber and her team support over 300 staff and are on call 24/7 to ensure that all of the computers are up and running and functioning properly for the circuit’s personnel, and they do an outstanding job.”

Selection Process

The award winners were selected from a review of national and international websites and judged on criteria such as 508 compliance, access to public records, access to justice, and number of available eServices, among others.
